And So It Begins

Game log for the 2016/11/06 session of Wanderers, as taken by Joe

Theme Song: NaNaNa by My Chemical Romance

Standing in the Grand Ballroom on the Leto Deck, I see Battery approach Spoonman with a knife behind his back. Battery is my next target, but he gets in Spoonman’s face ‘cause Spoonie stole his drink and is making moves on Battery’s woman. Fifi walks across the dance floor, trips, and falls into Battery, knocking him off his feet but he manages to fall away.

Too bad he landed next to me. Tina had paid me to take him out of the picture. So I clocked him with my beer bottle. Gams launches herself at me, but I pull one of my dance room moves and throw her at my gang. She scratches my face, but I just laugh as the Trombone Section drag the groggy Battery out of the Ballroom by his legs.

Nutsack the Bouncer steps up and tries to intervene for Gams. Baseball, one of my mouthy trumpet players, won’t give her up so we might have a situation. I beat Baseball down and let Gams go with Nutsack. Turning back to Aston (or was it Martin? I can never tell them apart) I get my drink before going outside and taking Battery out of the picture.

I finish and go outside in time to see the Trombone Section viciously sodomizing Batter in the parking lot. As the boys were finishing with Battery, Grey Rat came up and wondered if Satan’s Prom Date was up for starting some shit. I figured the little man was up to something, so I shrugged and blew Assembly on my fox hunting horn. “Mount up, bitches.”

We charge off but we see the shimmer of headlights in the distance. Kelso, Flossie, and Fifi peel off to act like bait while the others go hull down to spring the ambush. As they get closer, we see that it’s a huge pack, but they’ve driven right into our trap. It’s on!

The buggies and bikes protect a huge tanker truck, running light. I lead the charge, causing mayhem where I can, when I hit some soft sand and do a cheetah flip. Satan’s Prom Date takes some damage, with several dead and many injuries (2-harm).

  • 5 seriously injured
  • 3 dead
  • Down 2 bikes

After the battle, Baseball wakes me up. The enemy has run away and we’re running around arguing over the loot. Ace and Fifi captured the tanker truck, so it looks like all’s well that ends well.

We limp back to the Leto Deck with our wounded and as much loot as we can carry.
