The third Watch Commander in the war, Paemo is a small, thin woman with steel grey hair and narrow eyes. She's rarely seen in armor and carries a sword that almost never leaves its scabbard. Paemo is a descendant of Syri of Morsh and used this family history, along with her clan's political power, to be appointed as Watch Commander after the death of her predecessor.
