Freitag is a Commissar of the House of von Eisenberg, as were his clan since before the Breaking. He is the embodiment of the Margrave’s iron fist and instills fear and inspires loyalty in the populace. The Margrave is his religion and he is tried and true in the service of House von Eisenberg. He has the beauty and lethality of a Doberman.
In his youth, Freitag was a soldier during the Siege of Siegfried. Sixteen men fought their way to the main reactor of the Siegried Aerolith and only he lived to fight his way out. He was one the only survivor of them. His guilt drives him to take dangerous chances, leading assaults from the front and generally behaving as if he has a deathwish.
SECRET FOR NIGEL: Freitag has long felt survivor’s guilt since the events of the Seigfried that brought him to the Margrave’s attention. He seeks to hone his combat skills to make him worthy of his fallen comrades. One aspect of this devotion is his near monastic lifestyle. He eats and drinks only the healthiest of foods, eschewing alcohol. When he does give in to his baser needs, he exercises them with a dominatrix named Mistress Magdelena.
