Holding that controls extraction of oil from the tar sands. It's located 3-4 days north of the Lido Deck. It was once a deep ocean drilling rig, so it has 2.5 miles of broken pipe strewn about. The wellcap is still there, leaking, turning the surrounding soil into lucrative tar sand.
