Physical Description

Escobar is a man enjoying middle age. His shoulder-length, slightly receding black hair has turned gray at the temples and his waistline is prodigious but his well-tanned features and dark eyes show warmth and concern to everyone he meets. He wears an immaculately kept goatee and mustache, partly as pride in his profession as a physician and barber and typically wears fine clothing when at his shop.

Biography

Escobar is a physician in Malaca, Castille, where he owns and operates a barbershop. Anna Valente had a letter delivered to him via Felix Vogel, prompting Sanchez to ask the party for help in stopping a Montaigne plot to spread disease through the town of Rioja. He directed them to the convent of Las Hermanas de San Felipa in the foothills near Malaca.
