Lord Captain, officers, shipmaters, humans all...

We have survived a warp storm such as many only hear rumored. After troubling days, I have walked the corridors of our ship, talking with many of you, and I hear disturbing things. While many remain stalwart, some of you, unfamiliar with void travel, speak of the power and dangers of the Warp with trembling lips. Let us strengthen our hearts and renew our faith. Let us begin with a reading from the Epistles, and recall the bravery of our ancestors.

...

Thank you... and now let us sing together the Voidsman's Hymn.

...

You may close your hymnals.

Some of you may think that only a fearful strong power can take a ship the size of our Solo Drakban and spin it. You may feel small in the face of unwholesome Warp influences that shake the fabric of our reality. If so, you must locate anew your sense of scale.

Our small ship, our frail human limbs, our imperfect hearts have triumphed this week over the immeasurable vastness of space. The stars in our viewports spun like a small child's kaleidoscope, but we chose to look to our duties. Our ship moved halfway across the sector, but our hearts were unmoved in our devotion to our God-Emperor.

As we continue our voyage, your God-Emperor calls upon you to carry on in this same spirit. Have faith in Solo Drakban. Have faith in the voidman next to you; in doing his work, he keeps you alive. Repay his faith in you by performing your duty and keeping him alive. Have faith in Lord Captain Macharial, whose guidance will see us through the Void to our material and spiritual profit. Above all, have faith in your God-Emperor, who shall reward your faith through the salvation of your soul.
