Anna Valente

Anna Valente is a character in 7th Sea: The Search for Salvation.

Physical Description

Anna is a woman approaching her middle years with grace. She has a slim figure with dark auburn hair that's usually wrapped in a bun upon the back of her head, pinned with a short, feathered quill more often than not. Her deft fingers are stained with ink which has caused a furtive, nervous habit to form; Anna will wipe her hands together when under duress. She wears eyeglasses that are linked to a small, sculpted gold brooch upon her shoulder by a thin golden chain. She almost always wears an ink-stained smock over her dresses.

Biography

Little is known of Anna beyond being the proprietress of the Leone Libreria di Rescigno, a small bookstore. She gave Felix Vogel a letter of introduction to an associate of hers, a physician named Escobar Sanchez de Gallegos del Castillo and asked for it to be delivered to the doctor in Malaca. The letter apparently spoke highly of the group and caused Dr. Sanchez to offer free medical issues and plea for their help with a plot by Montaigne agents to spread disease through Rioja.
