Joubar of Holsine

Joubar of Holsine is a character in Harn: Clawing for Power.

Biography

Originally an officer in the Gerium Legion, Joubar of Holsine distinguished himself well during the Kuseme war. In particular, he attracted the attention of Marshal Kronas of Elernin, who later offered Joubar a commission in the newly formed Eidel Legion. Joubar accepted, and has been a close aide to Marshal Kronas ever since, rising to position of Commander of the Kuseme Cohort. While he has great respect for Marshal Kronas, the proximity of Caer Kuseme to the seats of power in Coranan has exposed Joubar to more political wrangling than he is strictly comfortable with. Joubar is a clasn shaven, well kempt man in his late thirties, with close-cropped brown hair and a quietly professional demeanor.
