Biography
Khalem Houamed is the patriarch of a powerful merchant family belonging to the Ruzgar’hala tribe in the Crescent Empire. A broad, swarthy man of middling height, Khalem is known as a gracious host and a purveyor of only the finest foods and gifts to his friends.
