Setting and Places
- The Maelstrom takes the form of visions of places. It's almost like a dream, a changing surreal landscape, full of people you remember but never met, conversations you remember but never had, and places you remember but have never been. Deja vu? Someone else's memories? Who can say?
- Grandma's HQ is a former industrial bakery, with thick walls, and a watch kept to keep it from changing. It constantly changes in small ways, though. Rooms change, hallways change, etc.
- There's a huge glass spire at the center of the City that can be seen from anywhere, and it never changes.
House Rules
- When you get a move from another playbook, if that playbook is already in use, you must receive permission from the player using that playbook. Players have the discretion to preserve the uniqueness of their character.
- You can only get xp from using a highlighted stat once per move per scene.
- If you have an advance and don't want to spend it right away, you can put it off, but you can't earn more XP as long as you have an unused advance.
- You can only use the Healing touch move once on any given wound.
- When you Wander the city, looking for something, roll +Weird,
