Considered something of a prodigy, Mirabeth of Tolen is a noteworthy painter who caters to many of Tharda's wealthy households.  In particular, Mirabeth specializes in elaborate
frescoes, which she is able to paint with a unique luminosity and depth
of color.  Jealously protective of her trade secrets, Mirabeth has been
known to essentially evict customers from their own homes until her
works are complete.  Her services are quite expensive, but considered
well worth it amongst her patrons.  Indeed, her frescoes adorn the walls
of several Senatorial mansions, noble households, several churches, and
two state buildings.  Mirabeth generally splits her time relatively
evenly between Coranan and Shiran, but does not actually maintain a
household in either.  Mirabeth is known for her temper and caustic wit.
She is a plain-looking woman in her early thirties with a hooked nose,
slightly bulging eyes, and ankle-length brown hair usually done up in a
braid.
