Anders of Colcrake

Anders of Colcrake is a character in Harn: Clawing for Power.

The scion of a Kandian noble family exiled from Eidel province after its annexation by Tharda, Anders has formally broken with his clan and taken to Thardic society like a fish to water. His vocal renunciation of Kandian rulership and values made him something of a curiosity, and he was "shown about" various wealthy Thardan households shortly after the end of the Kuseme War. Since that time, Anders has found his niche, as he is a quite talented poet and an impressive tenor. Anders spends the majority of his time bouncing from one wealthy household to another, predominantly in Coranan and Shiran. He is careful to avoid staying in one place too long as to wear out his welcome, and quite literally sings the praises of households who bestow their generosity upon him. Anders is a wiry young man with sandy blond hair, hazel eyes, and a well-trimmed mustache and goatee that tend to red.
