Notes
The sole habitable planet in Loire is Orleans a beautiful garden world, almost pristine. The Orly's know they live in paradise, and are happy to share it with tourists looking for a grand vacation. The orbital complexes are in stable orbit around the gas giant Nantes. The third planet in this system Angers is a heavy metals toxic hell. If Angers doesn't kill you, probably nothing will. The Orly's have a mandatory 10 year planetwide service program, either in their Navy, or for one of the Empire's off-world mining operations. Orleans is clearly the place to be and be seen for the rich and idle in the nearby systems.
