An ardent Halean, Suvien of Telmoth inherited her Mercantylers’ franchise from her late husband after proving to the local Syndics that she was more than capable of running the family business. Based in Kuseme, Suvien participates personally in the annual Salt Route caravans to Kaldor. One of very few women to make the trip, she is both well-liked and well-respected by the caravan regulars. She is also well-guarded, and is always accompanied by a small retinue of capable mercenaries, many of whom have worked with her for over a decade and are quite protective of her.
