Ezarn of Halan is a character in Harn: Clawing for Power.
Biography
The former legar of Stimos, Ezarn is currently in Coranan to see and be seen. The post of Magistrate of Kom province has stood vacant for a year and he has been put forward as a candidate. Liakos of Malthain and Kavon of Logue were brought before him during a visit to Stimos to rescue Graenath of Malthain. They were charged with brawling and inciting public unrest due to fights with miners but the head of the mining guild had the charges waived.
