Molazel of Paserak

Molazel of Paserak is a character in Harn: Clawing for Power.

Biography

Owning the largest brothel in Coranan, Molazel does brisk business. He also pays a significant portion of his income to the Coranan Lia Kavair in exchange for their "protection." Still, the deal works out for all involved parties - the guild takes a cut of Molazel's profits, but they also keep streetwalkers and other would-be pimps out of the neighborhood, thus reducing Molazel's local competition. While Molazel is a largely unscrupulous man (he asks few questions about the origins of girls and young boys who find their way into his employ), he is ruthlessly protective of wayward souls once they are in his charge. Indeed, it is well known that he and "Koral the Bloody" (Guildmaster of the Coranan Lia Kavair) have an understanding by which Molazel pays a higher than normal cut for protection, but that such services cover retribution against those who have mistreated, injured, or maimed on of Molazel's prostitutes.

Molazel is a dour, unsmiling man in his late forties, with longish, thinning black hair and blue eyes.
