Captain Pak is a hot-headed and cross-grained young officer and, like Captain Zolla, a relatively recent Machariel hire. Born on Scintilla to a navy family, he was disowned by his parents when he was drummed out of Battlefleet Calixis as a midshipman for insubordination, dueling, and neglect of duty. He spent the following years working for various merchant fleets, both criminal and legitimate, and made a reputation as a shrewd and tenacious opponent in both business and combat. Malakai Pak is a character in Rogue Trader: After the Gold Rush.
Description
Captain Pak is a hot-headed and cross-grained young officer and, like Captain Zolla, a relatively recent Machariel hire. Born on Scintilla to a navy family, he was disowned by his parents when he was drummed out of Battlefleet Calixis as a midshipman for insubordination, dueling, and neglect of duty. He spent the following years working for various merchant fleets, both criminal and legitimate, and made a reputation as a shrewd and tenacious opponent in both business and combat. He has found much to like working for House Machariel, and his assignment as captain of Mayhem suits his brash, aggressive style quite well.
