==Biography==
An eight year veteran of Coranan's Red
Guard, Hambrik was inspired to join the Legion by the promise of glory
and riches to be found in the defeat of Kanday during the Kuseme War.
Unfortunately for Hambrik, a mere tenday after he had joined the Legion,
Kanday sued for peace and the war was over. Embittered by this lost
opportunity and stuck with the day-to-day drudgery of garrison duty,
Hambrick has become a jaded, cynical man. Though he hates virtually
everything about life in the Legion, he continues to remain on active
duty mainly for the land grant he'll receive when he musters out. He
also reluctantly admits that it's better than his previous life of
back-breaking work as an unguilded porter. He can be usually be found
in the vicinity of Caer Coranan, but is often detailed to less pleasant
guard or messenger duties.
