	The inhabitants of Ring 20 routinely break one of the few 'neer rules: don't mess about with the spine of the station. Ring 23 folks therefore raid other rings for parts a lot, usually via EVA. They use magnetic harpoons to match velocity with other rings' entry points, cut in or airlock in, and take what they want.
