	A street tough raised in the mean neighborhoods of western Coranan, Argon of Yelt has been a member of the Lia Kavair in some form since his early childhood. Of relatively small stature, Argon learned early on that deception, distraction, and surprise were the great equalizers, and has used these qualities ruthlessly to advance his station within the Lia Kavair organization, earning him the sobriquet "Argon the Shifty." 			Following the failed attempt by the Malthain clan to steal into the Lia Kavair guildhouse, Argon was tasked with finding the chief suspect in the break-in, [[Enthor of Malthain]]. To this end, he led [[Guzik of Muldin]], Gorn of Hoss, and [[Talzak of Undin]] around the countryside surrounding Coranan in search of Enthor. Entho was able to turn the tables, however, and Argon's hunting party was itself ambushed, with Argon himself being the first to fall prey to Enthor's sap. As a result of this altercation on the road, Argon was arrested by the Coranan Legion and held imprisoned at the legion fort at Verus. Substantial bribes paid by the Malthain clan prolonged Argon's incarceration until well after Koral of Geldryss had been deposed and [[Liakos of Malthain]] had taken his place as the new guildmaster of the Coranan Lia Kavair.
